Agreement

By using this website or the StackSync service you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation.

The service

StackSync provides real-time, two-way data synchronisation and workflow automation between systems you connect. Specific features and limits depend on your plan.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a usage basis, by the number of records held in active sync, with unlimited updates. A 14-day free trial is available without a card. You can cancel as described in your plan; fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use StackSync to process data unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt the service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you choose to sync.

Data protection

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and our role as processor for synced records is governed by the Data Processing Agreement.

Availability and warranties

We work to keep the service reliable but provide it on an 'as is' basis to the extent permitted by law. Any service-level commitments are those stated in a written agreement for your plan.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, StackSync is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are subject to the competent Polish courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
