Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data StackSync collects, why, and the rights you have under the GDPR.

Last updated: January 2026

Who we are

StackSync operates a real-time data integration service from Gdańsk, Poland, and acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and operate the service:

  • Contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, and the message itself).
  • Account and billing data if you start a trial or subscribe.
  • Limited technical data and, with your consent, analytics data about how the site is used.

Why we process it

We process your data to reply to enquiries, provide and bill for the service, meet legal obligations, and, where you consent, to understand and improve how the site performs. Our legal bases are your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interests in running the service.

Records you sync

When you use StackSync to sync data between your own systems, we act as a data processor on your behalf and process those records under our Data Processing Agreement. We do not retain those records after a sync operation completes.

Sharing and sub-processors

We share data only with service providers that help us run StackSync, under contract. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and request portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).

Contact

To exercise any right, email [email protected] and we will respond within the timeframes the GDPR sets.
